Financial Services
We are a "Fee for Service" practice, which means fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless written financial arrangements have been made with our staff. We accept most insurance plans and are pleased to submit your insurance claims on your behalf.
 Our fees are within the customary range for this area and reflect the quality of care you will receive. Payment is expected as services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, MasterCard and VISA.
Financial options through CareCredit are also available.
CareCredit is a flexible patient/client payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses, that makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures you want and need. Insurance: The issues surrounding insurance filing and reimbursement change daily. In order for you to maximize your insurance coverage, please read and understand your insurance information.
If you are uncertain as to whether the services we provide are covered by your insurance company, please contact your company prior to your visit. Regardless of insurance benefits, we will recommend the treatment that is best for you. Our office staff will file insurance with most carriers when you supply the appropriate information. However, deductibles and co-pays are due at the time services are rendered.
